Business Funding
Working capital, expansion, equipment or payroll — matched to lenders who actually fund businesses shaped like yours.
Most funding declines come down to a file that wasn’t ready, not a business that wasn’t worth it. We prepare the profile first, then take it to the lenders that fund businesses shaped like yours.

Funding isn't one thing. Most declines come from a gap in one of these six areas.
Working capital, expansion, equipment or payroll — matched to lenders who actually fund businesses shaped like yours.
When the business is too new to stand on its own, the personal profile carries the application. We prepare it first.
Utilization, balances, account age and inquiry timing — adjusted deliberately before an underwriter ever sees the file.
A credit profile in the company's name, built in the right order, so the business can eventually borrow without you signing personally.
Entity, address, phone, licensing, bank statements and the dozens of small details lenders verify before they say yes.
Which lenders, in what sequence, at what intervals — so one application doesn't quietly sink the next three.
You'll know where the application stands at every stage, and what's coming next.
A short form, no hard pull. Enough for us to see what programs are realistically in reach.
We look at the personal profile, the business profile, and the gaps between you and the lenders that fit.
Anything that needs fixing gets fixed first — in a set order, so applications land when they'll be approved.
Applications submitted to matched lenders, tracked through to decision, with the next round already planned.
Founder, Flanders Advisory
For more than 15 years, I built my career in the automotive industry, eventually becoming a General Sales Manager. During that time, I reviewed credit profiles every day, worked with lenders, and helped thousands of people navigate financing and get into vehicles.
But my relationship with credit became personal, too.
After going through the process of repairing and rebuilding my own credit, I gained a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming credit can feel when you don't know what's holding you back or what your next move should be.
I didn't go looking for credit. Credit found me.
Years of reviewing thousands of credit profiles taught me to look beyond the score — to understand the overall profile, recognize potential weaknesses and opportunities, and better understand what lenders may be looking for.
That experience, combined with my passion for helping people reach their goals, became the foundation of Flanders Advisory.
Today, my mission is simple: help individuals and business owners better understand their credit, strengthen their financial position, and strategically prepare for funding opportunities that can help move them toward their goals.
Because sometimes you don't just need an approval. You need the right strategy behind it.

Real words from owners who got funded after being told no elsewhere.
Paste the client's own words. The strongest funding testimonials name what the capital was for and what it changed — the truck, the second location, the payroll gap that closed.
Second testimonial. Owners who'd been declined elsewhere first make the strongest case — say where they'd already tried.
Third. A client who went through credit work first and funding second shows the whole arc — that's the one to lead with if you have it.
The things owners actually ask on the first call.
About two minutes, no hard pull. Tell us where the business stands and we'll tell you what's realistically in reach — including if the answer is "not yet, and here's why."
